CONE POLISHER AIR COOL

After de husking the paddy we get the brown rice. This brown layer of bran is removed by processing in emery type cone polisher. The main
objective is to get fine pealing rice without much breakage. The pearling cone consists of a carefully. Balanced oncical cast iron drum covered with emery composition.

This cone revolves inside a casing of inter changeable wooden frame, adjustable rubber brakes are fitted in this wooden frame, performed sheet inside the wooden frame. The space between the cone and the outer frame can be altered by raising of lowering the cone and the spindle.

For Parboiled rice ( sela Rice) we deigned special ling cone 24" size in 40" (1000mm) size cone polisher for much more better than the old type polisher.
