Chakki Atta Plant

We manufacture, erect, commission and supply complete wholewheat flour ( Chakki Atta) Plant from range of 15 MTPD to 200 MTPD. We undertake complete erection, commissioning and supply on turn key basis.

We do manufacture, erect, commission and supply of maize grit plant of capacity ranging from 30 MTPD to 200 MTPD. We undertake complete plant to erect, commission and supply on turn key basis. We are having expertise towards proper degermination of maize and also extracting fibre free grits.

It is designed and commissioned by and under supervision of Messrs. Mahashakti Engineering Works, of 94, Dharamtolla Road, Howrah-711107, India who are one of the pioneers in grain milling in India.

The Plant is set up to comply with norms of HACCP with proper and effective Pre cleaning and cleaning section of Raw materials and Effective De germination section for Maize processing.

All suitable measures for rodent, termite, insects controls and for infestation check adopted.

Air curtains and flies catchers are used at entrances and floors of factory building in all sections.

Proper arrangements for regular and periodical fumigations of raw-materials as well as plant and warehouses including silos , are made.
