    TS-25B (2BLOWERS) emery roller jet rice polisher features low mill pressure, low crushed rice rate, high rice output, small percentage of bran, the rice whiteness is even. The machine can process various kinds of rice to desired whiteness, with excellent technical, and economical effect.
         The machine is suitable for the rice mill with 50 tons a day,
         The machine consists of :
    emery roller jet rice polisher - iron roller jet rice polisher (or emery roller jet rice polisher) - iron roller jet rice polisher, customer can also arrange the set according to your cargo rice and desired whiteness.

  1. Production flow:
    The cleaned, hulled cargo rice enters the polishing chamber through the feed hopper and moves forward by the feed screw. Then the cargo rice is turned and milled by the high speed revolving emery roller with its surface sands, because rice particles are rubbed. Hulled and polished with the rice screen and with each other.

  2. Construction
    The emery roller jet rice polisher is composed of five components: cargo rice hopper, emery roller polishing chamber, blast air blower, bran aspirator and machine body.
