PVC/PU/PE/Silicon/Teflon Conveyor Belts
PV/PU Conveyor Belts are today used in most conveying application. Our
extensive product range offers a wide variety of belt types, which
facilitate the choice of the right belt for any application.
PVC/PU belts, depending on the belt grade, can be virtually stretchless,
dimensionally stable, troughable, have high wear resistant, low noise, food
grade (FDA & USDA approved) and antistatic. They can also be fitted with
tracking, guides, Cleats, Profiles, Side walls, etc. to meet the most
demanding conveying needs.
Rubber Conveyor Belts
Hilton & Mitsushima Conveyor Belting assures reliabel investment for
successful material handing such as cement clinker, coal, iron-ore,
limestone, baggage, paper pulp, rice husk, bauxite foundry sand, mud,
fertilizer etc.
Special Belts such as chevron cleats, side wall cleats, full width

This is essentially a flat belt with tensile polyamide reinforcement,
laminated on both sides with friction covers of synthetic rubber, chrome
leather, nylon fabric or its combinations. We can also supply Grooved type

Timing Pulleys
Timing pulleys, constructed from high quality material, are finished with
particular care and to tight dimensional tolerances. The special profile of
the teeth are generated using imported hobs which ensures a very precise
tooth profile and minimal pitch to pitch error. Pulleys can be manufactured
with or without taper locks or as per customer drawings.

V-Pulleys
ESCON V pulleys offers more mileage from V-Belt drive(s) being
manufactured out of graded casting. Conventional and quick-fit taper lock
engineered to customers specs. Dynamic Balancing is also provided for
pulleys to run on high r.p.m. Range comprises of various pulley dia size,
grooves V Belt section with standard bush sizes having pilot bore and/or
bore and keyway to requisite dimension.
Extruded polyurethane Belting
Polyurethane Round, Tubular & V Profile belts are ideal for light to
medium duty drives a conveying applications. These find a wide application
in textile, ceramic tiles, glass, food processing, printing, live roller
conveyor, etc.
Properties : Exceptionally strong 350 kg/cm2 - high coefficient of
friction - resistant to most oils, fuels and chemicals - highly wear
